Trophy Steelhead Trips

Join Jeff on a steelhead flyfishing expedition to wild and wonderful northwest British Columbia. You'll fish the world-renowned Skeena River and lower valley tributaries such as the Kalum and Zymoetz (Copper) rivers. Skeena system steelhead average 8-15 pounds, 15-20 pound fish are common, 30 pounders are hooked but seldom landed and, believe it or not, 40 pound steelhead have been caught in commercial nets — and in anglers' tall tales. The Skeena is home to the largest steelhead on earth!

Jeff has teamed with Nicholas Dean Lodge in Terrace to secure choice weeks and provide packages that are among the best values in guided trophy steelhead flyfishing. And, new for 2008, in a move to expand destinations Jeff has arranged for an early season week at John Blackwell's Dean River Lodge on the lower reach of the Dean River.
